The rules for using PINGO Exchange, in plain language.
What PINGO is
PINGO Exchange (“PINGO”) is software that shows market data for listed Solana tokens and tokenized stocks, teaches how on-chain trading works, lets you practice with simulated money, and prepares swaps that your own wallet signs and sends. PINGO is not a broker, a bank or an investment adviser, and it never holds your funds or keys.
No advice
Nothing on PINGO is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything. Lessons, prices and practice results are information. Decisions about your money are yours.
Practice trading
Practice trades use simulated money and a simplified model of fees and price impact. Practice results don't predict what real trades would return. Practice accounts are stored in your browser and can be lost if you clear site data.
PINGO AI
PINGO AI is an AI tutor that runs on a language model from an outside AI provider. It is general education: it doesn't give investment, tax or legal advice, and its answers can be wrong, so check anything that matters before you act on it. It's for people 18 or older.
Don't use it to plan scams, manipulate markets, or get around sanctions or regional rules. The provider's own usage rules apply too. Don't enter recovery phrases, private keys or other personal data.
Swaps
- PINGO asks Jupiter for a route (Metis routing), checks and simulates the transaction, and then asks your wallet to sign and send it. You decide in your wallet. PINGO can't reverse, cancel or recover a transaction once it is sent.
- Each swap carries PINGO's fee of 0.5%, taken inside the swap in USDC or SOL and shown before you approve. Network fees go to Solana validators, and a new token account costs rent that stays in your wallet.
- PINGO's checks and simulations can't guarantee the result. The price can move up to the slippage limit you set, and a swap can fail and still cost its network fee.
- PINGO checks wallet addresses against the US sanctions list (OFAC SDN) and refuses swaps for listed wallets. You confirm you're not on a sanctions list and that you may make the swap where you live.
- Swaps are powered by Jupiter, with Metis routing. PINGO is not affiliated with Jupiter.
Data from other services
Prices and pool data come from Jupiter and DexScreener and can be delayed, incomplete or wrong. PINGO shows where each number comes from but can't guarantee it.
Tokenized stocks
Tokenized stocks shown and swappable on PINGO are issued by third parties under their own terms. They are not shares. They aren't offered in the issuer's prohibited countries, and you agree not to get around that, for example with a VPN. Regions
Fair use
Don't attack, overload or scrape PINGO, and don't use it to deceive others, for example by passing off a copycat token as a listed one.
Liability
PINGO is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, PINGO isn't liable for losses from using the site, from third-party data, or from decisions you make based on it.
Changes
These terms change when PINGO adds features. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using PINGO after a change means you accept it.
