PINGO has no accounts and collects as little as it can.
What stays in your browser
- Your practice account (cash, positions and practice trades), saved under the key pingo.paper.v1.
- Your lesson progress, saved under the key pingo.academy.v1.
- The name of the wallet you last connected, saved under the key pingo.wallet.v1 so it can reconnect next time.
They live in your browser's local storage and are never sent to PINGO. Clearing this site's data deletes them.
Your wallet address
When you connect a wallet on the Swap page, its public address goes to PINGO's server. The server uses it to check the address against the US sanctions list, read your balances of the listed tokens, and build and simulate your swaps. To do that it passes the address to Jupiter, which builds the route, and to a Solana node provider, which answers balance and simulation requests. PINGO doesn't store the address or link it to anything else about you.
A public address is visible on the blockchain to anyone, along with every transaction it makes. Your keys never leave your wallet.
What our servers see
Like any website, PINGO's server and Cloudflare, which sits in front of it, receive your IP address and basic request details when a page loads. Cloudflare uses the IP address to tell PINGO your country, which decides whether tokenized stocks and PINGO AI are offered. PINGO doesn't use this to identify you, build a profile or sell anything.
PINGO sets no cookies and runs no advertising trackers.
Visitor statistics
Cloudflare Web Analytics is switched on for this site. A small Cloudflare script counts page views and measures how fast pages load, and PINGO sees only the totals in Cloudflare's dashboard. Cloudflare states that Web Analytics does not collect or use visitors' personal data. About Cloudflare Web Analytics
Other services your browser talks to
On asset pages your browser requests pool data straight from DexScreener, so DexScreener sees that request under its own privacy policy. Price data from Jupiter is fetched by PINGO's server, so Jupiter doesn't see your browser.
PINGO AI
When you ask PINGO AI something, PINGO's server sends your question, the recent turns of the chat and PINGO's own instructions to an outside AI provider, which runs the model behind PINGO AI under its own terms. PINGO doesn't store the chat: it lives in your browser tab and is gone when you close it. PINGO's server logs only how many tokens each answer used, never the text.
Your confirmation that you're 18 or older is saved in your browser only.
Changes
When a feature changes what PINGO handles, this page says what and why before the feature goes live. The date at the top shows the latest version.
